Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other restrictions. These exceptions will be noted on the product page when applicable.
